SMALL SYSTEMS WITH AIREGUARD CABINET TECHNOLOGY
Includes 1 – 3 dual-loop diffuser assemblies, 1 compressor,
small cabinet, and SureSink Weighted Tubing
• Cabinet can be mounted on the ground or on a vertical
structure using the optional mounting bracket
• Ideal for small to mid-size ponds and lakes
• Remote manifold available for installations far from power
Product Notes:
1. Small Cabinets (ex. RA1) are ground-mount standard. Mounting Bracket available separately with part number 774300. See page 57.
2. Small Cabinet systems include 3/8 in. tubing as standard but will also work with 5/8 in. tubing. See page 57.
3. If less tubing is needed, subtract retail price of the rolls not needed. If more rolls are needed, order more rolls as separate line items.
4. Kasco recommends 5/8 in. tubing for any run longer than 300 ft.
5. Remote manifold systems allow installation long distances from power. These systems include remote valve manifold and valve box.
6. No-Cabinet systems include mounting bracket with cooling fan.
ABOUT AIREGUARD CABINET TECHNOLOGY
Kasco RobustAire™ Diffused Aeration systems add beneficial water mixing and movement from the bottom up to prevent weed overgrowth, algae, fish kills, and other issues. Using a shore-mounted compressor, air is pushed through self-weighted lines to a diffuser on the bottom of a pond, lake, or tank allowing water to be thoroughly mixed helping to prevent the most common water quality issues.
Newly designed Small Cabinets are now available in addition to our Medium and Large Cabinets, completing our offering of RobustAire systems with AireGuard Cabinet Technology. Utilizing this new approach to airflow, compressor cabinets are kept cooler and cleaner.
AireGuard Cabinet Technology
Kasco patented AireGuard Cabinet Technology tackles the biggest stressors on compressor operation: heat and dust. With this innovative design, air is immediately passed through an external filtration layer that removes excess dust and debris. Powerful fans then pull this clean air through the compressor, instead of across it, allowing the compressor to stay much cooler and operate at extreme efficiency. The dual-action filtering and air movement acts as a safeguard for the compressor motor and entire system, allowing RobustAire to provide a reliable source of mixing and movement to the water.
This technology is offered in Kasco Small (NEW), Medium and Large Cabinets. These cabinets feature a sleek new look, external maintenance indicators, easy-to-remove panels for scheduled maintenance, quiet operation, and a paint color that seamlessly blends with the environment.

DELIVERY LIFTGATE OPTIONS
- A lift gate service. Unless you have a forklift, bobcat, tractor with forks (rated for the weight of your shipment), residential deliveries typically need a LIFT GATE SERVICE. This is a lift elevator on the back of the truck allowing heavy items to be offloaded from the truck to the ground. If you plan on removing the shipment yourself then the Labor and equipment required to receive ground freight shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Note: these often are large trucks and will only be able to drop the shipment at the end of your driveway.
- Heavy palletized items that exceed the normal weights of shipping may be subject to additional freight charges.
- Service to areas with limited access (e.g., gated communities, churches, alleys, or many cul-de-sacs) will have a “Limited Access” charge applied.
- Deliveries to addresses with limited hours may incur additional shipping charges, however when a delivery appointment is scheduled, they may meet the needs of your limited hours.
