How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order products such as Campania and Massarelli fountains typically require 4-8 weeks for production. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships. Contact us for specific lead times on your item.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on most items within the continental United States. Some oversized items like large estate fountains or lake fountains may have additional freight charges — we'll always let you know before you place your order.
What is liftgate delivery?
Liftgate delivery means the freight carrier uses a hydraulic lift to lower your item from the truck to ground level. This is included free on most of our shipments. For items over 500 lbs, we'll arrange special delivery and coordinate with you on timing.
Can I return a fountain?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you price match?
Absolutely. If you find a lower price on the same item from an authorized dealer, we'll match it. Just send us a link to the competitor's listing and we'll verify and match the price. See our Price Match Guarantee for details.
What finish options are available?
Finish options vary by manufacturer. Most of our stone fountains (Campania, Henri, Massarelli, Fiore, Giannini) offer 15-40+ finish colors. You can see available finishes on each product page — just look for the "Select Finish" swatches. Can't decide? Call us and we'll help you choose the perfect finish for your space.
How do I install my fountain?
Most of our fountains are designed for easy DIY installation — just place on a level surface, fill with water, and plug in. For larger estate fountains or plumbed installations, we recommend a professional installer. We can provide guidance and connect you with installers in your area.
Do you service Florida and Texas?
Yes! We have locations serving both Florida (Sarasota/Gulf Coast area) and Texas (Dallas/North Texas area). We offer local delivery, installation assistance, and after-sale support in these regions. We also ship nationwide across the continental United States.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, by appointment only. Our showroom is located at 7750 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, FL 34240. Call 941-256-0152 to schedule a visit. We'd love to show you our fountains in person!
