How It Works:
- If you find an identical product available for a lower price at a competitor’s store or website, simply contact us within [4] days of your purchase.
- To be eligible for a price match, the competitor’s product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and condition (new, not refurbished or used).
- The price comparison must be based on the final price, including taxes and shipping fees, if applicable.
How to Request a Price Match:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@waterfeaturepros.com / 941-256-0152 with the following details:
- Product name and description
- Competitor’s website or store name
- Price offered by the competitor
- Proof of competitor's lower price (e.g., website link or promotional material)
- Once we verify the competitor’s price, we’ll issue a price match and refund the difference if applicable.
Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is available to all customers for online and in-store purchases.
- Price match guarantee is valid only for identical products (same brand, model, size, and color) and excludes third-party seller listings, clearance items, and limited-time offers like Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals.
- Water Feature Pros reserves the right to refuse a price match if the competitor’s price is found to be erroneous or if the competitor is engaged in deceptive practices.
- Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Exclusions:
- Prices from auction sites (e.g., eBay), membership-based retailers (e.g., Costco), or discount clubs are excluded from our price match policy.
- Competitor offers that include financing or rebates are not eligible for price matching.
